The Jacques Cousteau Hat

I finished the hat I was knitting for my uncle Jim. He lives in San Diego so I knitted it from a cotton/wool blend. That way with the mild winters his head will stay warm but not hot it will breath. He was invited to go out with Jacques Cousteau back in the 90's and did, so exciting I know, that is why I choose this pattern! Here it is, I will be putting it in the mail Tuesday, no mail today!!! I can't wait for him to get it he doesn't even know I was doing it............

I moved to Hickory in 1985 from San Diego, California. I met my husband Burt and married him in 1990. We have two children a girl 17, and a boy 14. A dog, cat, rabbit, and 2 fish. I enjoy spending time with my children, though they are teenagers so they are hanging out with their friends more and more, they grow up so quickly, spend as much time with them when you can.
